Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced and driven Out-of-Home (OOH) Agency Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in driving advertising revenue, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing innovative sales proposals across various OOH platforms. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious organization that challenges the status quo and disrupts the market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Take full accountability for revenue delivery across all OOH products within assigned agency patch.
  2. Develop quarterly bespoke agency strategies, including organograms, planning approaches, partner program details, client entertainment, and marketing initiatives.
  3. Lead pitches and craft compelling proposals encompassing the full spectrum of OOH advertising solutions.
  4. Proactively pursue leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively to meet sales targets.
  5. Utilise negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Act as the escalation point internally and externally within the assigned agency patch.
  7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to unlock the potential of OOH advertising solutions.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
  9. Cultivate influential relationships within the assigned agency patch, including attending social events and client entertainment activities.
  10. Act as an ambassador for our company and contribute to shaping our commercial culture.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in agency sales, preferably within a media sales environment. Experience in OOH advertising is advantageous.
  2. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  4. Demonstrated tenacity, energy, and drive.
  5. Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to embrace innovation and change.
First Few Months Objectives:
  1. Establish key relationships with influencers within the assigned agency patch and create an external contact plan.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop quarterly agency strategies aimed at achieving key product and revenue goals.
  3. Contribute to establishing our brand presence within agencies and OOH specialist networks.
  4. Work with the broader agency team to establish a productive workflow and communication rhythm.
  5. Engage with specialist departments supporting the Commercial Team to build essential relationships.
