AM Global is seeking an experienced water hygiene technician to join our on-site team in the Tees Valley area. The role demands strong ACOP L8 knowledge, closed-system testing, and careful record-keeping while working across client sites.

Candidates must have a Full driving licence, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently with attention to safety and regulatory compliance. Travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years industry experience.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience with closed systems and water hygiene tasks.
• An understanding of ACoPL8 and HSG 274.
• Experience working independently onsite.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to complete reports and documentation accurately.
• Desirable: water softener installation, servicing and problem-solving experience (clack, fleck, autotrol) and RO Plant service/installation.

Aufgaben

• Closed system analytical testing and remediation.
• Compliance with ACOP L8 guidelines.
• Tank inspections and closed system analysis.
• Taking water samples.
• Spa Balance Tank Cleans.
• Temperature monitoring.
• Disinfection of buildings.
• Closed system sampling & dosing.
• Calorifiers pasteurisation.
• Cleaning and chlorination of water storage tanks.
• TMV testing/Servicing.
• Shower Head descale & disinfections.
• Chlorine dioxide dosing equipment installation & servicing.
• Pre-commission cleaning and flushing.
• Undertaking additional duties appropriate to role and experience.

Kenntnisse

Full clean driving licence
