The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Technical Support Analyst II for the Utility Billing System. You will join the Water IT team supporting CIS, IVR, Customer Portal and related systems, providing end-user assistance and ongoing system maintenance.

Based in Fort Worth, TX, you’ll work with other IT staff to analyze requirements, implement changes, and ensure system integrity while supporting on-call rotations and a 40-hour workweek with some evenings/weekends.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Two years of information systems technical support experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Participate in a 24 x 7 on call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the Utility Billing System applications.
• Provide administration, configuration, and technical support for Utility Billing and related systems.
• Work with business users to analyze requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Design, develop and implement application modifications and interfaces.
• Verify integrity and availability of hardware, servers, databases and integrations.
• Assist users with data analysis, queries and ad-hoc reports for operations and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, migrations with divisions and vendors.
