Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse/Material Operator in Warwickshire at Coleshill. You will handle parts and finished goods in the warehouse, sort and arrange material for storage, and perform routine activities according to established procedures.

You will also pick components for dispatch, feed the assembly line, support cycle counts for stock accuracy, and undertake various warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role and environment.
• Experience in inventory management, stock rotation, order picking, packing, or dispatch operations.
• Proficient in the operation of MHE and knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail for stock movements and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a team.
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at Coleshill location and handle warehouse duties.
• Sort and arrange material for storage as per guidelines.
• Execute routine activities according to established procedures.
• Pick components from stock for dispatch and feed the assembly department and final packing.
• Participate in cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Transport boxes and perform various warehouse tasks.
