Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service at customer premises.
• Safely load, unload, move and position boxes and pallets using appropriate methods.
• Pick, pack and handle sensitive client documentation accurately.
• Scan boxes to correct locations and ensure system reflects physical location.
• Complete quality checks and transactions in RSS-QL; escalate discrepancies.
• Identify damaged or missing items and report risks to service delivery.
