Job summary

Core Recruiter is seeking a CSCS Gate Person/Traffic Marshall for a one-week site assignment in Harleston, Suffolk. You will be on the gate directing vehicle movement, guiding drivers, and maintaining calm and clear communication to keep operations safe and efficient on busy days.

Must have a valid CSCS Card, Traffic Marshall Ticket, full PPE (high viz, hard hat, steel-toe boots), and prior onsite experience with two references.

Qualifications

• CSCS card holder required.
• Traffic marshal ticket required.
• Full PPE: High Viz, hard hat, steel-toe boots.
• Previous onsite experience is necessary.
• Two working references are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the movement of vehicles on site.
• Remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
• Provide clear and direct instructions to drivers and pedestrians.
• Maintain knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
