Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a dedicated Test Coordinator to ensure quality across the full development lifecycle. You will work with the Test Manager to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions, collaborating with internal teams, customers and partners to meet testing standards.

You will lead SIT/UAT/OAT testing, translate requirements into test plans and maintain traceability, while supporting incident resolution and service reliability across the Vodafone infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience designing test strategies across multiple projects, releases and cycles.
• Strong understanding of the full software testing lifecycle from Unit Testing to OAT.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
• Deliver testing outcomes across SIT, UAT, Non-Functional Testing and OAT.
• Translate business requirements into detailed test plans and deliverables.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases and results.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Support incident investigations to maintain service reliability.
• Configure, install, test and support technical solutions.
• Monitor servers, applications and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain departmental accreditations and service levels.
