Job summary

Bespak is seeking an onsite Technical Support Engineer in Holmes Chapel (CW4 8BE) to maintain critical site infrastructure and lead facilities projects. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operation of building services, while collaborating across functions to support growth and continuous improvement.

The role requires a degree in Engineering and 5+ years in facilities, with responsibilities spanning BAU and major construction work.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 5 years experience in facilities, building services, maintenance, or project engineering.
• Knowledge of UK HSE legislation and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of site infrastructure and building services.
• Lead contractor management including permits, RAMS, and performance monitoring.
• Manage facilities projects from concept to completion within time and budget.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, HSE, and Procurement.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
