The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

Littlefish is seeking an Onsite Engineer to join our growing Service Delivery team.

As the Onsite Engineer, you will work on the Tech Bar, providing walk-up service to users, and also perform floorwalking services. You may be required to visit various client sites and will report to the Service Delivery Manager.

Your main duties include providing effective onsite technical support to Littlefish’s customers, handling desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and installations, and basic network/server troubleshooting and administration. You will need to communicate effectively with customers and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer SLAs.

What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

  • Previous experience in an IT support role.
  • Knowledge of ITSM.
  • Problem-solving skills related to IT issues.
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure support across technologies including:
  • Desktop/laptop/printer hardware
  • Office 365
  • Exchange
  • Windows 11 & macOS
  • Active Directory and iOS
  • Deployment technologies such as InTune
  • Experience working within an MSP environment.
