The role and daily responsibilities:

Littlefish is seeking an Onsite Engineer to join our Service Delivery team.

Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance and willing to undergo NPPV3 clearance.

The Onsite Engineer will provide onsite technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and installing desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and basic network/server issues. Knowledge of End User Compute technologies will be essential, especially in our Device Lifecycle Management service, where you will build and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and other equipment.

Effective communication with customers and management of technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and SLAs are crucial.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience in IT support roles
  • Basic networking understanding
  • Problem-solving skills related to IT
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure including:
  • Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers)
  • Office 365, Exchange
  • Windows 10 & 11
  • Active Directory, Azure, iOS
  • Deployment tools like SCCM and Intune
  • UK driving license and own vehicle
  • Experience working with MSPs
