Job summary

Rubix Industrial Services is seeking a Stock & Replenishment Supervisor to support the efficient running of the InSite operation. Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, the role blends day-to-day task management with stepping in for leadership in their absence.

You will act as the main point of contact during the Customer Operations Manager's absence, coordinate stock orders, perform cycle counts, and ensure KPI delivery while maintaining accurate records and compliant health and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing operational or administrative role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP processes.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Experience in MRO, engineering, or supply chain sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact in the absence of the Customer Operations Manager.
• Resolve escalated issues with customers and Rubix Industrial Services.
• Oversee stock ordering and cycle counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Supervise housekeeping of office and stores areas; ensure compliance.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date orderbook and ensure timely deliveries.
• Support delivery of contractual KPIs.
• Maintain records of transactions and inventory movements.
• Respond promptly to customer and supplier enquiries.
• Assist in sourcing activities.
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Build relationships with suppliers and customer teams.
• Conduct weekly HSEQ checks and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Identify, report, and act on hazards with corrective actions.
