Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience within commercial relocations, logistics, workplace services, fit-out, or related industries.
• Strong project management and commercial management experience.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desirable Prince2, PMP, or relevant project management qualification.
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification.

Responsibilities

• Client coordination: single point of contact for relocation activities and expectations.
• Team management: resource projects with certified staff for on-site delivery.
• On-site oversight: supervise teams and address challenges in real time.
• Move planning: develop comprehensive move plans, including equipment handling.
• Operational support: identify routes, entrances, exits, and service yards with safety in mind.
• Resource allocation: ensure equipment and personnel are available as needed.
• Compliance and risk management: implement change control and risk procedures.
• Programme management: deliver move programmes within timelines and budgets.
• Documentation and communication: maintain space plans and stakeholder updates.
• Cost and margin protection: manage relocation costs and change requests.
