Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of removal services across domestic, commercial, key accounts and projects.
• Manage daily/weekly delivery schedules with resources, crews, vehicles and subcontractors.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to agreed standards and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with move managers, sales, surveyors, warehouse teams, drivers and customer service.
• Identify and resolve delays, client concerns, access issues, damages and resource challenges.
• Lead leadership, recruitment, training, onboarding and performance management across teams.
