Job summary

365 People are looking for an experienced and reliable Onsite Recruitment Manager to run and support high-volume recruitment operations at our Milton Keynes site and nearby locations in Luton & Bedford. This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will manage day-to-day onsite recruitment activity, support onboarding and queries, and coordinate staffing across sites.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Onsite recruitment experience or recruitment experience required;
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Own safety boots required for working in a live warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day onsite recruitment activity.
• Support candidates with onboarding, attendance, and general queries.
• Coordinate staffing levels and shift requirements across sites.
• Liaise closely with team leaders and onsite management.
• Provide mandatory on-call support as part of the rota.
