Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence? Adecco is looking for a Contract Manager to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day operations across key client sites.

About the Role

Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager or Account Director, you'll be the vital link between our clients and internal teams. Your mission? To ensure seamless service delivery, exceed client expectations, and drive performance across recruitment, resourcing, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site delivery teams to meet all contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Manage recruitment, placement, and aftercare of temporary and permanent staff.
Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
Monitor and improve account profitability (P&L responsibility).
Deliver strategic sourcing plans and manage recruitment campaigns.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to your team.
Ensure compliance with company and client policies, audits, and health & safety standards.
Produce and present regular performance reports and insights. What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing high-volume temp/contractor recruitment.
Previous on-site client management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
Commercially astute with a focus on service excellence and business growth.
