Job description

Account Recruitment Coordinator (On-site)

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to be the face of our brand on-site at our Client location in Banbury during our peak period.

Reporting to your Account Manager, this role involves supporting your location in achieving performance results against KPIs and providing a first-rate customer experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun, and customer-focused environment, this role could be ideal for you.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and candidates.
  2. Conduct recruitment activities such as advertising, screening, interviewing, assessment days, right to work checks, reference checks, and inductions.
  3. Perform check-in, satisfaction, and rebook calls to all flexible employees.
  4. Implement activities to recognize and reward temporary workers' loyalty and performance, fostering a positive and productive workforce.
  5. Be the first point of contact for candidates and clients for questions and support.
  6. Attend daily and weekly planning and staffing meetings as applicable.
  7. Monitor staff quality, attendance, and attrition levels.
  8. Allocate suitable candidates to shifts and book according to the headcount plan.
  9. Complete payroll for onsite temporary staff.
  10. Maintain an accurate filing system for both active and inactive candidates.
  11. Participate in team meetings as required.
Account Coordinator Skills:
