Job summary

Portfolio Payroll is recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a telecommunication provider on a part-time, onsite basis (Tue–Thu). The role offers stability, autonomy and hands-on ownership of BAU delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include multi-cycle payroll delivery, end-to-end processing, SAP SuccessFactors operations, quality assurance and stakeholder support. Ideal candidates have in-house payroll experience, can handle high volumes, and possess SAP SF proficiency with BAU

Qualifications

• In-house payroll experience in a busy internal environment.
• Ability to manage high-volume payroll with tight deadlines.
• Proficient with SAP SuccessFactors payroll workflows.
• Independent BAU leadership and day-to-day operations.
• Strong accuracy and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Multi-cycle payroll delivery across various frequencies and employee groups.
• End-to-end payroll processing including starters, leavers, and deductions.
• SAP SuccessFactors operations and payroll workflow maintenance.
• Quality assurance through checks, reconciliations and compliance tasks.
• Stakeholder support and collaboration with managers and internal teams.
