Flourish Research is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist for our Birmingham, AL site. This role focuses on recruiting qualified study participants, conducting outreach, and coordinating screening activities within regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in clinical or biological research, strong communication skills, and experience with outbound calling. This position offers a 40-hour work week in a call-center style environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in clinical or biological research.
• Experience with outbound/inbound calling.
• Knowledge of IRB, FDA, GCP, and HIPAA preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and communicate study expectations to participants.
• Conduct high-volume calls to screen and recruit volunteers.
• Maintain CTMS data and documentation.
• Participate in recruitment events and campaigns.
• Protect PHI and confidential study information.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Manager on study plans.
