Job summary

Kingdom Services Group seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our client site, Syngenta in Huddersfield. You will lead the onsite team, maintain service standards, ensure compliance and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This is a fast-paced management role requiring strong leadership and a hands-on approach. The position offers £32,500 per annum, 40 hours per week (paid 37.5), with typical shifts 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar management role in a service-led environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the client site.
• Manage onsite team and ensure service standards.
• Conduct audits and site checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements.
• Provide training and development for staff.
• Provide planned and unplanned absence cover.
• Identify and implement service improvements.
• Support revenue opportunities and keep customer satisfaction high.
