Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Multiskilled Lead Technician to coordinate PPM and reactive maintenance on an O&M site in Imery, Cornwall. You will lead a team, diagnose faults, and ensure safety and compliance across electro-mechanical systems.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality maintenance, supervising contractors, and maintaining accurate records to support plant reliability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• FM services with hands-on delivery and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct point of contact with the customer
• Shall provide ad-hoc and emergency on-call rota cover
• Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic mechanical and electrical fault finding
• Supervise and deliver preventative, predictive and emergency maintenance work
• Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities to comply with statutory requirements
• Ensure all work is carried out to high safety and workmanship standards
