You will lead a skilled team on site, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate with Engineering and Planning.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record in manufacturing engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Time served craftsman with practical engineering background.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Flexible to meet business demands and shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead Mechanical Maintenance team and develop staff.
• Deliver world-class service to customers.
• Meet safety, quality, hygiene, productivity targets.
• Plan maintenance and coordinate with Planning dept.
• Oversee maintenance data and monthly reports.
