About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated On-Site Manager to join our team. As an On-Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading day-to-day delivery operations, managing Delivery Associates (DAs), and ensuring that performance, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently high.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a logistics environment and is passionate about people, performance, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations at the Amazon Delivery Station

* Lead, support, and coach a team of 20–40+ Delivery Associates

* Monitor performance metrics (KPI compliance, safety, attendance)

* Liaise directly with Amazon’s management teams to align on goals

* Conduct vehicle and uniform inspections and ensure full compliance

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and service quality

* Manage shift scheduling, onboarding, and training of drivers

Requirements

* Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or operations management (Amazon DSP or similar preferred)

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

* Tech-savvy and confident with delivery platforms and tracking systems

* Calm under pressure and results-oriented

* Driving licence mandatory
