Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is sourcing a Site Manager to lead the installation of structural steel across multiple live sites in the UK. You will ensure work is completed safely, on programme, and to the highest standards, with responsibility for on-site teams and coordination with contracts managers.

Role requires pre-start planning, safety inspections, and thorough RAMS management, with progression into senior site or project leadership opportunities within a growing contractor.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Management experience within structural steel.
• CSCS Gold Card required.
• Ability to read and interpret structural steel drawings.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance.
• IPAF and PASMA qualifications are expected.

The Role
