Job summary

ETS Group in Watford is seeking a Site Maintenance & Support Technician (Building Materials) to support the on-site testing facility. The role is fully based on-site, with responsibilities to set up, install and dismantle test equipment and to maintain site services.

You will support a team of Laboratory Technicians at the Hertfordshire facility. The candidate should have experience in site maintenance, yard management and warehousing, with a professional, honest and calm approach.

• Experience in site maintenance and support, yard management, and goods-in/goods-out processes.
• Professionalism, honesty and integrity.
• Calm under pressure and impartiality.
• Good communicator.
• Able to follow instructions and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support Laboratory Technicians to ensure smooth running of tests on-site.
• Assist in setting up, installing and dismantling test equipment and facilities.
• Maintenance and upkeep of the site and general site services.
