Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Onsite Logistics Lead to coordinate and manage site logistics for electrical construction sites. You will oversee 1-25 onsite personnel and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are at each task location to support efficient installs.

The role emphasizes Lean practices, safety, and collaboration with support processes to deliver assemblies and maintain productivity. Travel is extensive and schedule varies with project demands.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associated Degree or can substitute education with 5-7 years of related experience
  • Experience: 5-7 years of related logistics experience
  • CPIM – (Certified in Production and Inventory Management - Preferred)
  • CLTD – (Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution - Preferred)
  • Travel: 75-100%
  • Work Schedule: 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday; may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates ability to manage site logistics, including 1-25 onsite logistics personnel effectively while focusing on delivering materials, tools, and equipment to the specific task locations for install.
  • Demonstrates the capability to drive electrician productivity by ensuring they have all materials, tools, and equipment at their task locations prior to install.
  • Demonstrates a basic understanding of logistics processes and Lean techniques (5s).
  • Supports remobilization of electrician crews, allowing electricians to continue providing value-added install.
  • Works with Faith support processes (Excellerate, Purchasing) to provide materials and assemblies to the job site.
  • Demonstrates ability to complete basic paperwork (i.e., foreman logs, performance evaluations, purchase order logs, tool repairs, timecards, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Orders and tracks materials, performs cost projections.
  • Works as a member of a cohesive team and is capable and understanding of Material Handler and Logistics Specialist roles to assist logistics team members.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

The Onsite Logistics Lead role within our logistics department is responsible for developing, coordinating/managing the Logistics Process, managing the Onsite Logistics team, and coordinating the site logistics within the electrical construction industry. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
