Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Banbridge is seeking a driven LMR Project Support Coordinator to join the Global Product Security team onsite. You will coordinate administrative and information flow for LMR projects, manage RF licensing, and support delivery schedules with cross-functional teams across the security domain.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adapting to client culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position/role.
• Proven track record in project delivery with interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and accountable in a fast-paced, independent environment.
• Creative and methodical thinking for technical issues.
• Knowledge of security communications hardware and signal flow.
• Ability to read plans and perform additional configuration when required.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to client culture.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible to change and hours to meet customer needs.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting large/heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Managing all administrative and information flow aspects of LMR projects, ensuring data integrity, resource alignment, and efficient execution support across the program; including:
• Overseeing the LMR fault reporting and support ticket lifecycle, from initial intake to resolution tracking.
• Coordinating radio and system repair processes by engaging technical and vendor resources and managing responses and resolutions.
• Managing RF licensing requirements, including applications, translations and regulatory tracking.
• Supporting project delivery schedules, resource alignment, and site access requests for technical personnel and subcontractors.
• Developing and maintaining LMR training materials and onboarding new project personnel on LMR processes and project status.
