Ruskin Mill Trust Limited is seeking an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to ensure high quality assessment across accredited programmes at Ruskin Mill College, Nailsworth. The role focuses on planning, development of assignment briefs, in-session support, and assurance of assessment integrity.

You will liaise with the Education planning/management team, conduct standardisation meetings, provide staff training, and manage QA processes including sampling plans and awarding portal

Qualifications

• Significant experience with internally assuring the quality of assessment.
• Level 4 qualification in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment or willingness to gain.
• On-site role at Ruskin Mill College in Nailsworth; travel to other Trust sites may be required.

Responsabilités

• Support tutors and teachers in planning, delivery and assessment of qualification units.
• Develop assignment briefs, in-session support and monitoring; differentiate methods and materials for effective assessment.
• Hold standardisation meetings and staff training sessions; liaise with external accreditation and awarding organisations.
• Internal quality assurance and safe storage of all assignment briefs and completed portfolios; develop sampling plans and handle registration/claims.
• Represent the College at Cross Trust meetings and work with Education planning/management.
