Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers through recruitment, manage applications and coordinate interviews via the ATS.
• Manage new starter administration, onboarding docs, right-to-work checks and pre-employment processes.
• Handle employee lifecycle admin such as changes, probation support, absence management and leaver processing.
• Input and collate monthly payroll changes and liaise with Finance to support payroll processing.
• Maintain and correct employee data across systems (SAP, BrightHR, ATLAS, internal platforms).
• Assist with employee relations administration at Level 0/1 and support managers with casework.
