• Prepare and maintain product specifications.
• Manage artwork approvals.
• Complete customer questionnaires and respond to quality queries.
• Prepare QA documentation and maintain quality records.
• Carry out packaging checks, hygiene inspections and internal audits.
• Support compliance with food safety, quality and retailer standards.
