AWE Aldermaston is offering an onsite apprenticeship in Facilities Management. You will learn how buildings and facilities are operated, with hands-on experience in inspections, emergency exercises, work requests and day-to-day building operations.

You will gain practical knowledge from experienced teams, develop organisation and communication skills, and be prepared for a future role in Facilities Management after completion of the apprenticeship.

Formación

• 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above including Maths and English.
• British National and aged 18+ by 31 August 2027.
• Willing to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
• Onsite apprenticeship at AWE Aldermaston and/or Burghfield with every other Friday off.

Responsabilidades

• Help keep workplaces safe, secure and well-run.
• Support inspections, emergency exercises, and work requests.
• Collaborate with teams and building users to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn from experienced facilities teams to operate day-to-day building functions.
