A global technology company in Portsmouth is looking for a service delivery technician to perform maintenance and repairs on office devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring device performance, and maintaining inventory. The role requires an entry-level candidate with mechanical aptitude and basic IT skills. A full driving license is essential, along with the eligibility for Security Check clearance. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on customer service.
Join our service delivery team supporting a single customer site. You\'ll be the first person called when office devices (mainly print/MFDs) need help—clearing jams, doing first-line repairs, swapping common parts/consumables, and keeping the fleet running smoothly. You\'ll also monitor devices via dashboards, move/relocate units on site, and escalate complex issues to field engineers when needed. An on-site electric van is provided for your work.
