Onsite Contract and Service Delivery Manager - Static Site Security Systems - South East London

Account managed a large static site as a Service Delivery Manager for a building, ensuring security systems are installed and serviced.

REQUIREMENTS

Based in South East London, managing maintenance and installation of security systems, assets, and SLAs for a major site. Must have experience with high-end electronic security systems such as IP CCTV, networked access control, and integrated security systems. Responsible for managing compliance, engineers, contractors, quality, SLAs/KPIs, asset library, engineer scheduling, and leading administrative support.

Experience with systems like heat cameras, access control, IP CCTV, and integrated security systems is essential. The role involves site-based account management, contracts management, and engineering leadership.

If you have experience managing SLAs/KPIs on large sites such as universities, flagship buildings, hospitals, or static sites with security or fire/security engineers, you may be suitable. Roles include Contract Manager, Single Site Operations Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Service Delivery Manager, especially with NSI, NACOSS, SSAIB certification or experience maintaining CCTV and access systems on site.
