Clearfield Recruitment Limited presents an exciting opportunity for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Site Manager to join a live construction site in Cambridge. You will work alongside an experienced Site Manager, helping drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires proven Assistant management experience on commercial builds, strong organisational and communication skills, and certificates including SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

Competenze

• SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS card required.
• Proven Assistant management experience on commercial construction sites.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to communicate with clients and contractors.
• Ability to coordinate diverse onsite teams and subcontractors.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing the construction function on the live site to deliver the project on time.
• Ensure site activities are safe and meet quality and customer service standards.
• Support Site Manager to oversee the project and maintain schedule.
• Oversee onsite labour and subcontractors while complying with health and safety standards.
• Help produce KPI reports and status updates for construction and customer service functions.
