Babcock is seeking a Compliance Project Engineer at the Devonport Royal Dockyard site. The role supports non-nuclear assets, ensuring safety, compliance and long-term stewardship across a complex defence environment.

You’ll monitor compliance, resolve issues and help improve asset management processes in a full-time on-site capacity. The Key duties include ensuring regulatory alignment, registering assets, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive safety and continuous

Qualifications

• Experience with statutory engineering or asset compliance requirements.
• Experience using Maximo or similar CAFM systems.
• Understanding of engineering design and safety practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience supporting asset management or maintenance activities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor compliance status of non-nuclear assets on site.
• Support resolution of identified compliance issues and investigations.
• Assist asset registration, disposal activities and asset management processes.
• Provide maintenance and survey compliance support to keep assets safe.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive compliance and continual improvement.
