Overview

We have full-time and part-time vacancies available for Clinical Pharmacists and Clinical Pharmacist-IPs. We currently have opportunities for Onsite Clinical Pharmacists and Clinical Pharmacist-IPs to work full or part time in Salford. This role involves the smooth running of day-to-day activities within general practice, while providing pharmaceutical care and advice to patients with a focus on best practice and safety guidelines. Full or part-time hours can be worked within the core opening hours of the GP practice.

As an onsite Clinical Pharmacist/Clinical Pharmacist-IP you will confidently act within professional boundaries, support and work alongside a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. You will help resolve medication-related queries, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, improve patient outcomes and support the improvement of access to healthcare.

The Pharmacist Network is a pharmacist-led organisation that provides general practice services nationally, delivering pharmacist and pharmacy technician support. Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operations within general practice as an onsite Clinical Pharmacist or Clinical Pharmacist-IP

  • Contribute to efforts to improve access to healthcare
  • Collaborate with a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
