Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in BEMS project management.
  • Deep understanding of BMS systems such as Trend or Tridium.
  • Strong track record in delivering complex building controls projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full delivery of BEMS projects from planning to handover.
  • Develop and track project schedules, budgets and resourcing plans.
  • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Monitor on‑site activity, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate commissioning and final integration of BMS systems.
