Job summary

Dex is looking for a hands-on engineer to own the full lifecycle of AI workflows in healthcare, translating non-technical needs into deployable solutions. You’ll collaborate with healthcare admins and the core engineering team, delivering impact from day one.

You’ll work onsite with customers in London, participate in a flat, fast-moving structure, and ship high-quality full-stack features that scale across hospitals.

Qualifications

• Experience turning ambiguous input into deployable AI solutions.
• Ability to own end-to-end delivery across the full stack.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), TypeScript + React, and Postgres.

Responsibilities

• Translate non-technical healthcare requirements into deployable AI solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI workflows across the full stack.
• Work onsite with customers to understand pain points and integrate solutions.
• Identify and fix issues, driving improvements back into the product.
• Contribute to a system deployed in over 40 hospitals.
