Job summary

Statkraft is recruiting a Project Manager (Wind) to lead the delivery of wind and solar projects in the UK/Ireland from pre-construction to completion. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk while coordinating internal teams, consultants and contractors.

You will ensure adherence to HSE, environmental, permitting and anti-corruption requirements, provide governance and progress updates to senior management, and oversee tendering, procurement and site activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of wind, solar and battery energy storage projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts and project delivery from development to operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project (or equivalent), SharePoint and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate risks, recommendations, and project updates clearly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of solar and wind projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, permitting and anti-corruption requirements.
• Provide project reporting, governance and progress updates to senior management.
• Lead tendering and procurement activities, including BoP contracts.
• Coordinate technical design inputs and oversee site activities as required.
