A renewable energy company in Scotland seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the delivery of safe, high-quality turbine maintenance. You will coordinate daily activities, provide technical support, and create a culture of safety and inclusion. Ideal candidates will have a Mechanical or Electrical qualification and experience in maintaining high-tech equipment. Base Location: Hadyard Hill Wind Farm, near Girvan, Ayrshire
Salary: £43,704-£51,484 + car/car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We’re currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and help lead the delivery of safe, high-quality turbine maintenance within your local area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, providing technical support, and helping to build a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement. You’ll support and guide your team, lead on complex work scopes, and work closely with the Regional Resource Manager to help oversee performance, logistics, and development activities.
