Where you’ll fit in & what our team goals are…

In your role, you will ensure our 3rd party providers are delivering as per agreed service levels and contracts, leading to best-in-class investor and stakeholder outcomes.

How you'll spend your time...

• Management of 3rd party provider, including day-to-day management of escalations, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and Management Information, taking appropriate actions where trigger points are crossed.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise when handling supplier escalations, typically related to AML/KYC, Account Opening, Dealing, Complaint, Settlement, general Investor Servicing, and escalations of a regulatory or compliance nature.
• Uphold our robust Risk & Controls framework, ensuring governance activities are completed timely and documented.
• Assist with periodic on-site thematic and process reviews.
• Identify supplier enhancement opportunities, engage with relevant stakeholders, and keep them informed throughout the delivery process.
• Maintain issues logs, perform root cause analysis, monitor thematic trends, and drive early resolution through meetings and direct contact with involved parties.
• Support Columbia Threadneedle’s global distribution and operational teams.
• Develop effective working relationships with key functions including Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Change Management, and Investment Operations.
• Ensure clients receive high-quality, competitive, and cost-effective service.
• Manage technical or remediation activities involving senior stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

To be successful in this role you will have...

• Extensive oversight and operational experience in Transfer Agency, with strong knowledge of various fund types and structures.
• Strong knowledge of OEIC fund structures and related regulations.
• Knowledge of Investment Trust Savings Schemes.
• Experience managing third-party service providers.
• Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Ability to guide and support staff effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and conflict management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
