A leading renewable energy company is seeking an Onshore Supervisor for their East Anglia 3 project in Lowestoft. This role involves supervising contractor operations, managing change processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in wind projects and be familiar with offshore operations. This position offers a 12-month initial contract with a 2 week rotation schedule.
Scottish Power Renewables are looking for an Onshore Coordinator to join their East Anglia 3 project based in Lowestoft. This would be on a 2 week rotation.

Location: Lowestoft onshore site
Duration: 12 month initial contract
Rate: Inside IR35, Umbrella and PAYE options available
Rotation: 2 week rotation
Main Purpose of Job
The Onshore Supervisor role is to support the IAC Package on East Anglia 3 project delivery. This role reports to the Deputy Package Manager.
Key Tasks
Supervision of port calls of the Contractor vessels at UK ports.
Participation in Contractor RAMS-sessions, Toolbox Talks, Engineering Plans, Technical Queries.
Assistance in the review, approval, and management of change of the Contractors procedures and engineering studies and analysis.
Execution of Package strategies and installation programmes.
Supervision of Contractor’s onshore works including interface with Certification and MWS.
Identify development and improvement needs
Oversight on Contractor’s performance
Assist the Deputy Package Manager in managing the Marine Warranty Surveyor approval process.
Review and approval of the as-installed records.
Review and Comment DPRs and other project reporting.
In addition to the core responsibilities and accountabilities the Onshore Supervisor may be delegated additional responsibilities for health and safety management, planning, development of departmental procedures and reporting.
