Scottish Power Renewables are looking for an Onshore Environmental Advisor to join them on a long-term contract basis.

Role:

Onshore Environmental Advisor

Business:

Scottish Power Renewables - EA2 & EA3

Location:

Ipswich, IP3 9BF

Duration:

12 month initial contract with renewal in line with the projects

Rate:

Inside IR35, Umbrella and PAYE options available

Main Purpose of Job:

You will have a key role supporting the Offshore Development Team to deliver environmental management and compliance, as well as support consent compliance for the large-scale offshore wind project in the UK, during the pre-FID and execution phases of works.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide environmental advisory support to the EA Hub Projects.
2. Act as EA3 Environmental Site Advisor for the EA Hub offshore wind farm project, providing environmental support to the Project Team.
3. Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and effective environmental management for the onshore EA Hub project.
4. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of environmental management practices on the project.
5. Mitigate the risk of non-compliance and ensure adherence to environmental standards.
