£30,000 + Bonus

Are you a super organised events professional with a talent for scheduling online workshops and managing complex diaries?My client, a well established and respected organisation in the professional services sector, is looking for an Online Workshop Coordinator to join their growing London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and is confident scheduling senior professionals and international delegates.

The Role:
  • Coordinating and delivering a busy schedule of digital and in-person events
  • Processing workshop bookings
  • Liaising with UK and international delegates and responding to queries
  • Ensuring each event is efficiently scheduled and appropriately staffed
  • Monitoring delegate numbers and providing weekly updates to management and event leads
  • Face to face conference events (training provided)
The Person:
  • Proven experience scheduling online events or webinars with multiple attendees
  • Confidence managing complex schedules for senior-level professionals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A proactive, professional approach and a calm manner under pressure
