Newstaff Employment is seeking experienced Online Tutors to deliver engaging lessons and support learners across a variety of subjects and levels. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers with a passion for education to make a real impact through flexible, remote teaching.

• Deliver engaging and tailored online lessons across core subjects and/or exam preparation
• Provide academic and emotional support to learners, including those with SEN
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning styles and needs
• Foster a safe, calm, and supportive virtual learning environment
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents/carers
• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Enhanced DBS check – essential
• Previous experience supporting learners with SEN
• Strong lesson planning and effective online delivery skills
• Ability to differentiate teaching methods to suit individual learners
• Team-Teach or de-escalation training – highly desirable
