Teach online at Cosmo 1:1! Join Cosmo 1:1 (formerly ClassUp), the premiere online learning platform that connects K‑12 students in the US, Canada, and across Asia with tutors from top universities and colleges for personalized lessons. As a tutor you will have a flexible and consistent schedule that you set, teaching ESL students based in Singapore and Hong Kong using the Cosmo curriculum.

This position offers you the chance to build a welcoming and fun learning environment while you help students grow. You will meet with your students at a set time each week for 50‑minute one‑on‑one lessons. Reliable, passionate, and kind teachers set a strong example by arriving well prepared and on time.

The pay rate is $20 USD per class plus additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience with K‑12 ELA standards and curriculum
• Experience teaching ESL learners
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required
• Fast and reliable internet connection and access to a Windows or Mac PC with a minimum CPU of 6000
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months of teaching with Cosmo 1:1
• Available between 8–2 PM GMT on Monday through Friday or 5 AM–2 PM GMT on the weekends
• Minimum of 20 hours of availability on a weekly basis
• Access to a private and quiet location
• Passion for helping students learn
• Currently located in the UK
