Role of Online Travel Booking Administrator:

  • Identifying failure issues and reporting through the correct internal channels
  • Utilising multiple supplier systems to re-book customers' holidays
  • Processing customer payments securely and accurately
  • Loading bookings into our back-office system
  • Working towards and exceeding booking targets
  • Ensuring all information is accurate at all times
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
