We're looking for Team Leaders to lead our in-store Online teams and drive our performance forward for our customers.

As an Online Team Leader you’re the driving force behind our in-store Online team and as part of your role you will:

  1. Create a team that delivers outstanding, friendly and helpful service to all our customers
  2. Create an engaging department environment where colleagues are trusted to place customers at the heart of everything they do and actively contribute ideas for improvement
  3. Build a supportive and performance driven culture where achievement and contributions are recognised and rewarded
  4. Analyse department data to identify opportunities to simplify and speed up processes and identify risks and solutions
  5. Ensure all policies, procedures and legal obligations are followed as specified by the company
  6. Have responsibility for ensuring all orders are picked, dispatched and delivered within required time scale, with a minimal number of substitutions

About you

You’ll be the kind of person who has:

  1. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  2. Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching to build competence and confidence for high performance
  3. Strong operational and technical knowledge of the Online department
  4. Able to effectively plan, organise and manage own and direct reports workload
  5. Able to work to strict deadlines
