Job summary

Join Morrisons in Skipton as an Online Team Leader, guiding a dedicated team to ensure online orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time, while delivering great customer service.

You’ll coach colleagues, streamline processes, and build cross-functional relationships across the store to maintain high standards, compliance, and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven coaching experience leading teams to meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with a focus on delivery.
• Ability to analyse data to drive improvements in online order processes.
• Experience with online order routines and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to meet pick, pack and despatch targets on time.
• Analyse department data with the Online Manager to identify opportunities and speed up processes.
• Coordinate across the store to maintain high service standards and customer focus.

More about the role

Our Online operations play a huge part in bringing the best of Morrisons directly to our customers' doorsteps. As an Online Team Leader, you’ll lead, support, and coordinate our team of colleagues to ensure every order is picked, packed, and ready on time.

You’ll coach your team, streamline processes, and build cross-functional relationships across the store to keep customer service levels high.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:

• Put customers first: Lead your team to deliver outstanding service with a true customer-centric mindset, listening to customer feedback to make continuous improvements.
• Lead and develop your team: Coordinate colleagues to ensure all picking and despatch routines are completed on time, coaching the team to build confidence and high performance.
• Drive performance and standards: Analyse department data alongside the Online Manager to identify opportunities, minimise substitutions, and speed up processes.
• Keep operations safe and legal: Maintain exceptional department standards, ensure full compliance with legal obligations and store policies, and look after team workload.
