The Role

Online Sales Support

Salary: £18,000 per annum + bonus

Location: Derby Office

Hours: 37.5 hours over 7 days (alternative weekend day)

As a member of the Online Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting customers through our sales process – by assisting customers navigating their finance applications and documents, supporting customers as they go through the sell your car journey and supporting the sales team to ensure everything is ready for customers to collect and complete the sales journey.

What will you be getting up to?

Customer Finance support

  • Assist customers through the finance application process, ensuring documentation and figures are correct to allow a smooth handover experience once in store.

  • Interaction with lenders to supply additional supporting customer proofs.

  • Follow up on requests from lenders on behalf of sales exec’s that are unavailable.

  • Ensure we are compliant when handling rejections, customer
    documents and personal details.

Sell your car

  • Assist customers with queries about the sell your car journey and support them to navigate around the customer portal.

  • Collaborate with they buying team if a customer is struggling to get a valuation.

  • Assist customers with appointment queries.


Sales team assistance

  • Work closely with sales executives to provide administrative assistance and customer service support.

  • Handle appointments including bookings, pre collection and post collection calls to ensure a smooth handover and maintain our long-term customer relationship.

  • Provide strong communication with our customers to ensuring all touchpoints are supported, chats, e-mails and calls.

Sales connector

  • You will be required to engage with customers on our chat service in a connector role, answering customers questions before handing the customer to a sales executive or making an appointment for one to call.

  • Additionally, you may be required to take overflow sales calls to support customers until a sales executive becomes available.
