Motorpoint is seeking an Online Sales Support team member to assist customers through their sales journey, ensuring a smooth process for finance applications and vehicle sales. This role involves strong communication and organizational skills, with opportunities for personal development and a supportive work environment.

The Role
Online Sales Support
Salary: £18,000 per annum + bonus
Location: Derby Office
Hours: 37.5 hours over 7 days (alternative weekend day)

As a member of the Online Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting customers through our sales process – by assisting customers navigating their finance applications and documents, supporting customers as they go through the sell your car journey and supporting the sales team to ensure everything is ready for customers to collect and complete the sales journey.
