Job description

Hate My Phone Ltd, a recycling company established in 2016 and based in Birmingham, has recycled many devices that are new, used, or broken. We offer great value and an environmentally friendly disposal method, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Full-time role to continue to progress and develop within the business
  • Researching and understanding products and their value
  • Taking pictures of products
  • Listing products online
  • Managing online sales/eBay store
  • Picking items to pack
  • Some face-to-face interaction with customers
  • Any other day-to-day tasks as requested
Minimum Requirements:
  • Business Administration Level 3
  • Functional Skills in Maths
  • Functional Skills in English

Training will be carried out within the working environment, including an online portfolio and coach visits once a month.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 30 min break, 9:30 am - 4:00 pm / 10:00 am - 4:30 pm.
